Review of Tragically Beautiful

Bad boy Alex Martinez has met Lola, the girl of his dreams. Unfortunately he believes she shouldn’t be dragged down into his life. What would she see in a high school dropout with no future? Alex was taking care of his grandmother, cousin, and brother at an early age and found the quickest way to make money and keep his family safe was to be a drug dealer. He has since left that lifestyle but it has now caught up to him again and pulled him back in. There is no way he wants his family and Lola to know what he is doing and distances himself. Lola has other ideas though and she is determined to make it work with Alex. This is a second book in a series but can be read as a standalone. I haven’t read the first one yet but am looking forward to it and finding out the backstory of other characters in this book. If you like a bad boy romance (although Alex has a heart of gold) this one is for you!
