Review of The Secret Path

I love Karen Swan’s books. With every one of them you know you will be immersed in the story with her wonderful and descriptive writing in a great setting. This book takes place in Costa Rica and you feel you are right there with the characters. Tara, a doctor, goes to Costa Rica to attend a family event and then finds herself in the jungle to help a sick boy. Much to Tara’s chagrin she also has to deal with a man from her past. I loved the detailed writing and the great characters. This book is perfect for summer reading. Thank you PGC Books for my free review copy.
