Review of The Couple Next Door

The Couple Next Door is a psychological thriller. Amber is an ambitious defence attorney and her job is her life. She starts receiving threating emails right after her big promotion in her law firm. She disregards them at first until they become more forceful and her car is vandalized. More things go wrong in Amber’s life as the threats and aggressive behaviours escalate. Amber is a completely unlikeable character so really anyone she knows could be responsible. This book was definitely suspenseful. It is also fast paced so the story moves along at a good pace.
