Review of Playmaker

Maddie and Cameron have known each other since childhood and Maddie always had a crush on him. Now they are home from college for spring break and they end up together. Cameron is the best friend of Maddie’s brother so they keep their relationship secret. There is a lot going on in Cameron’s life and he has a lot of inner demons so doesn’t do relationships but it feels different with Maddie. Both of these characters really mature during the book and it was interesting to go along on their journey. The pacing was good and the characters had great chemistry. I really enjoyed this romance story and will look for more from this author.
