Review of Cross My Heart

This was a very twisty thriller that I thoroughly enjoyed! Rosie receives a heart transplant, and she realizes that the donor heart has come from a famous author’s deceased wife. She then decides she is destined to marry him and starts to contact him. Rosie has had some problems with obsession and confusing reality in the past, so her best friend is very concerned that she is sliding down this path again by communicating with Morgan. Is Morgan who he seems or does he have some skeletons in his past? I don’t want to say more and give away key elements of the plot since it is a thriller. This book was engrossing and fast-paced. I loved the writing and the very twisty plot. Definitely add this to your TBR.
